The Ultimate Concrete Screed & Grader
FLOAT INTEGRATION
Vibrating floats follow behind the screed bar. These vibrating bull floats work rocks down into the concrete and bring cream up – giving your crew a head start on finishing. Floats are universal to fit any of our concrete screed bars. 3’, 4’ and 5’ floats allow you to adjust widths to custom-fit your concrete project.
VIBRATION SYSTEM
Each screed bar features its own vibrator - as does each individual float – allowing use of up to 6 vibrators running at the same time. Our wireless remote control vibration system allows you to set the intensity. Five different intensity settings allow you to turn the vibration up or down on all vibrators with the touch of a button.
ADJUSTABLE LENGTHS
Our vibrating concrete screed bars are adjustable from 6’ to 24’ wide. We offer 6’, 10’, 15’ and 20’ screed bars. 1’, 2’, and 4’ extensions allow you to add to either or both of the ends of the screed to create screed bars in a length that suits your concrete project. Custom screed bars are available upon request.
GRAVEL GRADER
Adjust to grade gravel and sand from 4” to 8” deep. Custom channels for grading deeper depths are available upon request.
HYDRAULIC PIVOT
Our screed has a hydraulic center pivot. If the driving surface is rough or the pour is on a slope, the screed arms will compensate for you. If you need more than 18 inches of correction, simply tilt the screed left or right using the skid steer’s hydraulic controls.
ADJUSTABLE CROWN
The DS34’s adjustable screed bar can be quickly adjusted from straight to crowned up or crowned down as much as 4 inches with no tools required.
HYDRAULIC RESTRICTORS
Hydraulic flow restrictors allow a slow, steady tilt of the screed from left to right, so you don’t have to worry about bumping your forms.
OFFSET AND INLINE
Set up your screed to pour offset from the skid steer to the right or left. Or set up to screed gravel and concrete directly in front of the machine.
RADIUS PIVOT
Quickly pour circular concrete jobs like gain bin pads, cul de sacs, and swimming pool pads.
ADJUSTABLE WHEEL
Protect your concrete’s finish when screeding or grading from of a previously poured concrete slab.
EASY SETUP
Quick-detach pins and just a couple of bolts allow you to adjust from grading gravel to screeding concrete, or from inline to offset, quickly and easily.
REVERSE OPERATION
Screeds concrete and grades gravel while driving in either forward or reverse.
